Noted :
1. When using the Weight Stack Replacement Pin , the position weight of your pin should be more heavy than the weight of your hanging, otherwise it will shake and is not safe,
2. When using the machine , pay attention to lift and pull it gently to avoid the weight plate falling off the bar.
