- If our couriers are unable to reach the address provided – customers will be notified and will either need to arrange a private courier of their own or collect from our transport providers nearest Depot.
- We do not drop ship - all our stock is held in our Milperra Warehouse and Moorebank storage facility which can also be dispatched from there.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Typically, if both a pre ordered item ANDan in-stock item are purchased within the same order, we will dispatch the order once the pre order item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item shipped first, please contact us so we can provide you with a quote to part ship.
- With our large volume of orders, please allow time for shipping confirmation and once a tracking number is generated, be mindful that the items need to be picked/packed, then collected by our couriers.
- To keep shipping efficient and costs low, orders with more than one item are typically shipped once alli tems on order are available.

On our Milperra site, all customers must stay in the designated waiting area as directed by our team, follow all guidance from staff and at no circumstances enter our warehouse. We have regular forklift operation occurring and all customers must maintain a 3m exclusion zone, until forklift operation ceases. All customers must observe all site speed limits, traffic signs and staff directions.
